  2. ashleigh Says:

    Gorgeous.

  3. Tyler Says:

sounds freackn’ amazing….oh and i like how it’s spelled backwards “MAYBE WE’LL TURN THIS IN TO SOMETHING” …and hopefully u will

  4. mike Says:

i can’t really think of words for this right now. maybe later. it’s still amazing, regardless.

  5. Ronaldo Says:

    simply… AMAZING!!!

  6. tim Says:

fucking love this update, im writing this as im watching and miming nicks head beat… i just cant help it. love groovy jams like this, i know you guys could whip out some fun instrumentals. im tim and i thoroughly endorse this video.

  7. dani Says:

    beeeautiful.

  8. William Says:

I loved the metal bit at the end. It really brought the law.

  9. anon Says:

    circa turned post-rock ~!

  10. moncho Says:

I didn’t like it that much. That was really boring. it sounds like “I will posses your heart” by death cab for cutie. I liked the drumming but the eternal guitar loop was exhausting. please bring the “space rock” back into circa!!! (not being rude or anything, just some C.C, I know the new album will be amazing)

  11. Jay Says:

I’m so excited for the new album. That jam just sounds like it should be an epic tune, like 8 to 10 minutes haha. Seriously, that bass line is just SCREAMING to have a story told over it.

  12. mike Says:

okay, i’ve decided. more long songs for the new record. we neeeeed them. with or without vocals, it doesn’t matter. you guys have such amazing talent with long songs, but you’ve never really used it, and it’s something i’m really looking forward to about the record. can’t wait to see you guys on tour.

  13. the dilation Says:

Nothing against Anthony Green but you guys should do more instrumentals. they are quite lovely.

  14. conscript Says:

Landscapes. I see mountains, endless water. We’ve met before. I know you, as do you. Meeting a brother for the first time. You already know. I hear shouts, justifiable. The emerging patterns from a formless void – sound escaping, defining lifetimes in the peaks and valleys. A shape against the background space. The negative defines the positive.

  15. conscript Says:

    waffles

  16. kurt Says:

i like the ending, you guys are rediculous lulz

  17. kyle Says:

reminds me of the smashing pumpkins

  18. dude Says:

    last part was bad ass

  19. Chris Says:

you guys have amazing talent I still can’t stop listening to the first two albums and I know it’ll be the same with the third keep up the hard work can’t wait to rock out with you on tour peace

  20. HUSHLY Says:

SURELY YOU’LL TURN THIS INTO SOMETHING GREAT

  21. Shawn Says:

It’s good. Real good. And the dancing pants and ride at the end were a nice touch.

  22. Nick Says:

    HOLY SHIT!

That was so sick, I’d love for you guys to have some like Can/krautrock jams in your guys music. Plus this vibe is a great new feeling for your music. I love this!

  23. Alex T Says:

you brought the pain at the end.

    lolz.

  24. tony Says:

i would love to jam with yall. even though you guys are in a league of your own. keep posting this jam shit. good stuff.

  25. eric Says:

the reason that was good was because it reminded me of nothing you’ve ever done before, but closer to the amazing layers you guys had on juturna. I dont understand how someone could find that boring, it gave me a mogwai and almost an explosions impression, the end was interesting but i think that, that direction is the most beautiful way to go.

  26. JIMMY G Says:

it definitely was closer to juturna but still new and different. i liked that. reminds me of smashing pumpkins also. noice.

  27. greg Says:

its been a long time a pluckin’

  28. charlie Says:

that was pretty damn amazing. i actually liked the heavy jam at the end it was good.

  29. Wake of The Titan Says:

That was an incredible jam! The heavy bit at the end had me laughing hysterically. It reminded me of something they would do on Tim and Eric. That jam was extremely atmospheric. Even if it doesn’t become a song, it’s a good instrumental track. Sometimes, that’s all it calls for. Can’t wait for the new stuff, guys. Thanks for the art!

  30. shane Says:

jus what i needed. love the sound

  31. mark Says:

dudes, whatever you play it’s awesome, you’re like the perfect band…
great sounds and melodies and awesome lyrics..
hope u come to Chile someday… (the country)
and i hope u can forgive me for downloading your albums but it’s not available here and it’s too expensive for me to buy the albums and get them by plain…
uh, by the way, if you read this… there’s any chance i can send you some songs i’m making so you can help me to finnish them? i think you’ll enjoy them and i don’t have a band right now and i think it would be a shame to waste them, i know you expect just elogies as you should, but if there’s any chance of it, please let me now… yes, dreamin’ it’s free… and sorry but my english it’s not that good yet..
thanks anyway, love your music and good luck, bye

  32. Alex Says:

You guys are orgasmic, keep this shit up, sounds amazing

  33. Tyler Luzier Says:

Mmmm…what delicious little bits of sound…this album is going to be nothing short of a gourmet masterpiece…my ears are watering as I type.

  34. ducey Says:

nice jam. needs a little something tho. i’m sure that wasn’t a finale bit or anything. keep on truckin.

  35. Eric Says:

“I Will Possess Your Heart” + Siamese Dream-era Smashing Pumpkins… maybe a dash of Explosions in the Sky. Pretty cool guys, keep it up.

  36. Miles James Redwood Says:

    Brilliant.

  37. megan Says:

!mubla wen eht rof tiaw t’naC .krow doog eht pu peek ,ti ekil yllaer I .siht ekil skcart regnol drocer dluohs uoY

  38. justin Says:

Some of the guitar parts were real nice. The bass was too repetitive. I’m all for longer songs on your next album forever. I feel like the “On Lettings Go” needed a chance to breathe sometimes. Some instrumental interludes like this could be great in between or during songs.

  39. justin Says:

That should have read, “… on your next album however.” not forever!

  40. mike bloom Says:

    MORE INSTRIMENTALS!!!

  41. Eric/cChex Says:

!!!!!osepohI….. And for those of you dissing the repetiveness, you’ve obviously never jammed enough…still luv ya tho… Also im thinking the end had a hint of animals fighting in there…

  42. Rob Says:

Add a less uniform bass, make it more groovy and trippy
(with like slow parts, then small bursts of speed followed by continued slow tempo)

then to to drums add like a little bit of hihat jazzy play (open and closed hihat effects)

and then add a second guitar playing something really trippy kind of like in “in the morning and amazing” guitar or like the
Anthony Green “Springtime out the van window”

    and it should sound cool.

sorry i dont want be an ass or anything im just trying to be like a friend to u guys. :P

i wish you guys the best.

  43. darby Says:

this makes me too excited for the next cd.

  44. Dave Olean NY Says:

If you have been in a serious band in which the members have a proper, intimate musical relationship, you’ll know that jams like this are not necessarily meant for the listeners’ pleasure as much as the players’ pleasure. They really weren’t thinking about whether you would like it or not while they were playing it. They were jamming, as per the title. I thank you, Circa, for giving us the privilege of being welcomed into that sacred space. I miss that experience…

Looking forward to everything you do,

    Dave
    Olean, NY

  45. Paul Says:

    more cowbell

  46. payton Says:

You say you don’t like it now but if they add another guitar and Anthonys vocals you won’t recognize it and end up loving it when u hear it on the cd

  47. dan reguera Says:

when is the new album coming out! im dying here! more updates!

  48. Lucus Says:

I like this for a breakdown sort of thing. And for anybody who thought it was “boring”, not cool! This is part of the song-writing process. Keep up the originality guys.

  49. Dillon Says:

its a fucking hit in my head…

  50. ANDREW_HOFF Says:

You guys helped me understand. It’s nice to see where it’s going.

  51. selena Says:

    hehe creepy right?
    yess…

  53. mike Says:

i think you should come to reading and leeds festival, uk.
    bring this with you!

  54. Chris Says:

Really can’t wait for this new album. You guys are golden

  55. Michael Says:

Jesus christ i can’t wait for this new album. I talked to Jesus just the other day and he’s just as stoked.

  56. John Fernandez Says:

Amazing. It kind of has a Radiohead feel to it. Makes me feel like I’m drowning, but it’s a peaceful kind of drowning. Almost like you know you’re dying, but you like it, and you want to keep drowning. The last part feels like you come to the realization that you’re about to die, so you struggle to get back to the surface, but it’s too late, and you end up adrift, waiting for someone to discover your body. Very cool.

  57. Derek Says:

Once the looping guitar comes to an end and the real playing begins, the first thing that came to mind was Silversun Pickups. Sounds a lot like them, which isn’t bad because they are another great band.

  58. Grainger Says:

YES more circa cant wait for more YESSSSSSSSSSSS

    come to (AUSTRALIA melbourne)

  59. Malcolm Says:

We need a new video or something guys.

  60. jimmy g Says:

i miss you guys. still, everything sounds beautiful. listening to olg and good old juturna and inuit makes me really happy. much support and love. :)

  61. sid v Says:

    get shoegazey.

  62. Chris Says:

definitely want to hear more. you guys need to seriously hit up new york city.

  63. tim Says:

all these ideas are looking extremely promising…its shaping up to be something huge, from what i have heard so far. loving the different instruments and sounds. eagerly awaiting more rad jams.

  64. ducey Says:

what in thee hell is going on???

  65. Akira Says:

I agree with like 90% of the people’s post! I just can’t wait for your next albulm b/c it will definately be blasting in my car. I love you guys and keep giving us something to believe in!

  66. jocony Says:

  67. jocony Says:

    i’m so dissapointed.

  68. tomas Says:

  69. ǝsʇǝqɐu bouzɐ1ǝz Says:

    you guys are amazing!

  72. jocony Says:

whate the fuck is wrong with you guys this sucks!

  73. Andy M Says:

Incredible, especially the drumming! Improvised, isn’t it?

  74. jocony Says:

very funny, you must be joking

  75. Geoff Says:

I heard a part in the middle of the fast, heavy stuff, and it sounded too good to be improvised. I think you’re trying to sneak some of the album in under our noses :)

  76. Tad Says:

seriously sleep on the ground made me realize what i live for. So beautiful.

  77. BRENDEN Says:

This is awesome, i love jams like this!! Gets the juices flowin. Come do a cross Canada tour!! I’ll follow you guys through the whole thing :D

  78. Bernida Says:

haha kansas says all we are is dust in the wind, i say, all we are is some bug’s dream, awesome jam, i adore this bug for dreamimg about u guys
    adios

  79. dave Says:

haha jocony who are you man…help yourself, leave and go find something you can be posative about

  80. jesse Says:

DUDE AWESOME !!! if you like listening to 3 notes over n over, sounds like something id play if i were stoned.

  81. carson Says:

the 7:38-8:00 part brings me back to a juturna kind of feel. even though that isn’t what you all are going for, “going backwards”, that’s the sound that made me fall in love with circa survive.
