this is literally the most exciting thing to me. i read about a third album a year ago and heard it was coming out spring 09 then when that didnt happen i lost hope, now were getting updates. this is sweet.

I love how yall (as I have gathered from the couple of videos) are questioning yourselves and the music. I feel like that has to help the album in the end. Rather than just taking it from one standpoint or view…pushing it around in different directions until it not necessarily finds the original happy medium you were looking for, but instead sprouts an amazing piece of art that was never originally seen.

At all those people saying they want to hear the fast and heavier version, I think they are referring to the song before steve talks. Compare the songs before and After steve talks, They’re pretty much the same song, at least it sounds like its the same song, just a bit slower.

Everything sounds orgasmic and the quality of the update is astounding. I’ve read that you were like a family, but I didn’t imagine that it would be like watching five brothers. It sucks you guys probably get close to nothing from album purchases because you’re one of the few bands that are actually worthy of it.

I agree on the combining of the fast and heavy version of the song with the slow and light version of it. That’s a chance to take differing visions and do something badass to fix it.

i pooped myself, i can remember vaguely a few years ago when i was browsing purevolume.com for new bands, day in day out id looks for something interesting and at that time act appalled was the only offering id heard, i thought the song was alright, the kind of judgement based on the fact that am in a hurry so a 30 sec clip will have to do. so i thought what the hell, put it on my mp3 player on my way from college the song melted me away, i was completely blown, so i went straight to intunes when i got in looked for the album, bought that shit and i swear to god i felt like a chick in a soppy romcom, the point is, when i got that record, it was round about the time on letting go was being written and i was annoyed to find every on the websites stating a new album was being written, i thought fuuucckk arrgh but at the same time was like god damn!! basically the build up got me tingling with excitement then but now i think am about ready to explode… u guys guys have made me hate a lot of bands cuz they cant do what u do…(though i still have a place for the receiving end of sirens still in my heart)

I like how you guys have multiple versions of your songs. I know I’ve seen Anthony doing acoustic stuff and live stuff, the same songs can sound completely different… so maybe the fast and hard version doesn’t have to go away.
