it’s awesome guys! but i feel where your coming from about us fans that don’t know what goes it to this process and how much blood,sweat and tears goes into it. and how everybody wants to satisfy their needs on this record but at the same time as Colin said trying not to be a dickhead.

Cheers from Toronto!… How is Toronto treating you so far? These studio updates are great! Kudos to the editor/camera person. I’m excited for the EP, the songs I’ve been hearing from these updates really show the hard work you guys have been putting in! I know it’ll pay off in the end- something you 5 will be proud of when you listen to it……. I’ve been trying to think of ways to bump in to you guys at rehearsal factory, except half my band aren’t in town so there’s no reason to practise there until September.

I hope for your sake that this doesn’t leak, but I will be putting money on this regardless. You guys are looking great, and I hope you get happy. I can see that you guys are getting a bit cranky at this point. A couple of my friends’ anticipations of this whole thing are becoming a problem, so don’t make us wait too terribly long.

I make songs(not serious lyrics) with my sister on Acoustica Mixcraft and it takes about a day to edit a single song, and the music and shit is already pre-made on the program. So I could only imagine how long it would take to think up the music, play it, make it perfect, have the lyrics sung to it, and then edit it…over and over again. Anyways, can;t fucking wait for the new album.

The video updates you guys are posting are awesome! It sounds like you all are progressing as a band, which is so necessary. Juturna and On Letting Go were both great albums, but they were so different from each other. From the sound of it so far, I’m really happy you guys are making something NEW while sticking to your roots at the same time.

It is absolutely obvious all of the work you put into your albums. They are beautifully written and produced and mastered, and I think anything with such a cohesive end result has to be toiled over extensively. the anticipation is absolutely killing me! i like the pre pro videos because they show a little taste of the mystery that is circa survive and seeing the scribbles of lyrics in the note book in Anthony’s pocket made me smile. my ears cant wait to hear what you have made. 2009 has been a ridiculous year.
